The ABUS WLAN battery cam is there to protect your home and your loved ones. The mobile app App2Cam Plus always informs you when it detects movement based on body heat. With a simple tap of the app, you open a channel to the camera so you can talk back and quickly clarify situations. To best detect events and intruders, you receive detailed color images even in the dark. The battery life without a solar panel is up to 6 months (with an average of four accesses per day, as well as the average distance of the camera from the base station and the number of hot/cold days).

The camera's battery operation and the base station, which is located inside the building and extends your WiFi, mean that the camera can be positioned more flexibly outside. The solar panel supplies the camera with climate-friendly and free solar energy - for maximum battery life. Download the latest firmware version to your ABUS WLAN battery cam using App2Cam Plus and set the operating mode to solar - and you're ready to go.

Once connected, the practical ABUS solar panel supplies the camera's battery with free and environmentally friendly green electricity completely independently - a few hours of sunshine between 0 and 45° C are usually enough to fully charge the battery. This is practical because it extends the battery life and you have to charge the battery manually much less often - and not at all in ideal conditions.

Want to align the solar panel optimally to the sun? It's very simple: the practical ball head on the mount and the 3-meter connection cable to the camera allow you to position the panel in the best possible way to the sun. The powerful panel is 17 x 12 cm in size, easy to install, robust and ideal for use in wind and weather.

Transfer securely and save locally The security camera transfers the data directly to the base station, encrypted and without detours via the Internet or a cloud. The base station, which is protected in the building, saves the data immediately and free of charge to the local microSD card.
