Secvest wireless motion detector PET

The pet-immune wireless motion detector (FUBW50110) is a detector from Secvest. It reacts to heat movement and reports this to the alarm center. Pets do not trigger an alarm with this detector.

The wireless motion detector FUBW50110 is an animal-immune motion detector. This means that it can tell the difference between a person and a pet. While people moving around the room are reliably detected, the detector ignores pets weighing up to 20kg when monitoring it. The optimal installation location for the wireless motion detector is directly on the wall, between 1.8 and 2.4 meters above the floor, in a corner of the room. Any location opposite heat sources (e.g. heaters) or a window is unsuitable for installation. Also do not install your motion detector in the immediate vicinity of power cables, gas pipes or electronic devices that generate heat when used for long periods.

A fax machine, for example, can generate heat even when you are not there and trigger a PIR motion detector. The viewing angle of the wireless motion detector is 90 degrees, and its detection range is up to 10 meters depending on the installation height. It is also equipped with a creep guard. The creep guard prevents anyone from slipping under the detector unnoticed.
