The relay board is an expansion module for the Terxon SX and the Terxon MX. This gives the burglar alarm system 8 powerful relay switching outputs. The Terxon SX main board has 3 transistor switching outputs (with a maximum switching capacity of 0.5A), which can be activated when a specific event occurs (alarm, fire, robbery). The board also has 8 “additional” transistor outputs, each with a maximum switching capacity of 0.05A. These “additional” transistor outputs are occupied by the relay module. Instead of 8 x 0.05A, this board gives you 1A per relay. This multiplies your options for defining outputs. The wiring is done via NO or NC contacts. The Terxon MX main board has 1 transistor and 2 relay switching outputs, which are activated when a specific event occurs (alarm, fire, robbery). The maximum switching capacity of the transistor output is 0.5A, and that of the relay outputs is 1A each. Also on the board are 8 "additional" transistor outputs, each with a maximum switching capacity of 0.05A. These "additional" transistor outputs are occupied by the relay module. Instead of 8 x 0.05A, this board provides you with 1A per relay.
