SATEL - Vibration detector with magnetic contact, VD-1

The VD-1 magnetic contact vibration detector is designed for burglary and robbery alarm systems. It is characterized by low power consumption. Thanks to advanced signal processing functions implemented by the piezoelectric sensor, the detector distinguishes natural vibrations from the environment from vibrations caused by forcible opening of doors or windows. The signal from the sensor is analyzed in terms of amplitude, duration and number of vibrations. The magnetic contact signals a violation after the magnet is removed from the reed contact, which breaks the electrical circuit.
