The pre-configuration service offers you a quick and easy way to set up your video surveillance system. The system is individually tailored to your needs, so all you have to do is install it. After installation, the system is ready for use immediately.

What is the procedure for preconfiguration?

1. Put together your video surveillance system

• Recording device SAFIRE Network Video Recorder (NVR)
• Storage media / hard drives for reliable recording
• IP surveillance cameras

2. Specify which components should be preconfigured

• Which recording device do you want to use?
• Number of hard drives to be installed
• Number of IP video surveillance cameras

3. After purchase, our technicians will send you a form

• Enter your desired configuration in the form
• Please send the completed form back to our technicians
• If you have any questions, a personal contact person is available to you

4. System configuration and shipping

• our technicians configure the system according to your individual specifications
• all components are labelled for easy identification
• After completing the configuration, the shipment will take place immediately

5. Installation and commissioning of the system

• After receipt of the goods, the system can be put into operation immediately
• If you have any questions, our technicians are available

Which services are included in the configuration?

Recording device Network Video Recorder (NVR):

• Initial commissioning of the NVR
• Adjustment of network settings / system settings based on customer specifications
• Updating the firmware
• Initializing the hard drives
• Adjustment of recording settings (resolution, continuous recording / motion detection, FPS)

Storage media / hard drives

• Installation in the hard drive frame/sled or in the NVR
• Initializing the hard disk

IP video surveillance camera

• Initial commissioning of the camera
• Connecting the camera via network / adjusting the network settings
• Adjusting video parameters
• Integration of the camera into the recording device
• Labeling of the camera for clear identification

Once the configuration is complete , the entire video surveillance system is tested for functionality and the individual components are tested . After a successful test, the ready-to-use video surveillance system is sent to you immediately. You will then receive an introduction to the system and our technicians will be available to answer any questions you may have.
