The SR-740 PG2 is a bi-directional wireless siren for outdoor use (IP55). It offers the perfect security solution for homeowners with a PowerMaster burglar alarm system who are looking for a cost-effective and easy-to-install outdoor siren. Its main advantages are the possibility of wireless installation and the longer period between battery changes.

Equipped with Visonic's groundbreaking PowerG technology, the SR-740 PG2 combines proven yet advanced technologies with the reliable AES encryption method. The result is a range that far exceeds the industry standard, allowing the siren to be installed far from the alarm control panel. In addition, the siren is battery-friendly and therefore easy and cost-effective to maintain.

The siren communicates continuously bidirectionally with the alarm center and thus provides not only acoustic but also visual alarms in the event of break-ins, fires, low battery power and transmission problems.
