LUPUS-XT4 is a professional, secure alarm system.

LUPUS-XT4 secures buildings professionally and reliably. Up to 480 hazard detectors can be connected wirelessly using a proprietary radio standard on the 868MHz frequency. Thanks to the new, improved radio standard based on 868MHz, the XT4 is now able to provide ranges of up to 2km* to the new Pro sensors. Sensors are available against burglary, robbery, fire, water, gas and medical emergencies. In the event of an alarm, the user is notified immediately. By push message, email, SMS, phone call, or possibly from a 24-hour alarm center. The XT4 transmits this via two redundant alarm channels: via its network connection and via the integrated 4G GSM mobile radio module.

And of course, video surveillance systems, such as the IP cameras from LUPUS, as well as 99% of all other IP camera manufacturers, can be easily integrated into the user interface of the LUPUS-XT4.

LUPUS-XT4 is a comprehensive smart home system.

The LUPUS-XT4 is the perfect building operating system . It can automate heating and temperature or control lights, roller shutters and electrical devices. Thanks to its simple, intelligent software, all functions can be connected and linked to one another and adapted to processes, routines and schedules: e.g. presence and absence-controlled power and temperature events, time or sun-controlled power and light events. This allows the user to create presence simulations using lights and roller shutters, energy-saving routines when away and much more easily and independently with just a few clicks. All smart home detectors are connected using a protocol that is separate from the hazard detection, the Zigbee Plus radio standard.

The XT4 is Apple Homekit compatible, allowing you to connect the devices in your home even better.

LUPUS-XT4 is a secure system with high data protection standards.

No cloud, no server, no data octopus! Customer data is never sent from the XT4 control center to a server, so there is no storage or evaluation of customer data. The connection of a terminal device is always a DIRECT connection from a smartphone, tablet or PC to the control center in the house. Server security or server failures therefore play no role in the security of the XT4. Even if the internet connection on site fails or is compromised, there is a redundant second alarm path via a 4G GSM mobile radio module. The control center supports secure end-to-end 256-bit TLS encryption for connections to and from the XT4.

For on-site operating accessories (e.g. keypad, tag reader, remote control), the XT4 uses a rolling code encryption process that protects the XT4 against external attacks. In addition, sensors, control panel and radio connection are permanently protected against sabotage.

In the event of a power failure, the LUPUS-XT4 has a 16-hour uninterruptible emergency power supply thanks to an integrated powerful lithium battery.

LUPUS-XT4 is easy to install and use.

The XT4 control center can be put into operation using a simple setup wizard accompanied by a manual quick guide. The customer is guided through the process step by step.

Thanks to the special 1-click technology, adding sensors is very easy even outside of the setup wizard during the further course of the product life cycle: You enter the Sensors > Add menu of the web interface or the app and activate the teach-in mode. Each sensor has a clearly visible button on the front. Press this button and the sensor appears in the menu. Click on "Add" and the sensor is taught-in.

LUPUS GRID is a 100% customizable web interface . This innovative HTML5 web interface does not require server support and is loaded directly from the control center in the browser. It consists of individually selectable apps for daily control. For example, you might want to keep an eye on alarm controls, outdoor cameras, household appliances and lights on a tablet in the kitchen. On the first floor, it may not be so much about the security functions, but more about roller shutters or entertainment systems. The user can select these functions themselves with just a few clicks and create profiles where these functions should be used.

The LUPUS app – be at home while on the go.

Being at home while on the move is the guiding principle behind the design of this app. It is available for iOS and Android devices and can be downloaded free of charge from the respective stores. It takes about 2 minutes to enter the access data. With the LUPUS app, you have everything at a glance on the start screen: a short log list with the most recent events, alarm status display, arming/disarming, direct access to sensor statuses, automation and cameras. Speed and functionality are the deciding factors here. If you go deeper into the menu navigation, you can see that most of the functions from the web interface are also available for the app. Sensors can be added effortlessly with one click, you can put together new automation routines while on the move, control the heating and much more. If you receive push notifications, you will be taken to the app immediately when you click on the push notification.

Both classic port forwarding and a modern P2P connection can be used for remote access. This means that remote access to an XT4 can be set up in no time at all, both in IPv4 and IPv6 networks.
