Dragino LSE01 is a LoRaWAN soil moisture and EC sensor for agriculture IoT. It senses soil moisture, soil temperature and soil conductivity and uploads the value wirelessly to LoRaWAN IoT server and measures soil moisture of saline alkaline and loamy soils. The soil sensor uses FDR method to calculate soil moisture with compensation from soil temperature and conductivity. It has also been calibrated for mineral soil soil type in the factory. The LoRa wireless technology used in LSE01 enables the device to send data and achieve extremely long ranges at low data rates. It provides ultra-long range spread spectrum communication and high interference immunity with minimal power consumption. LSE01 is powered by a 4000mA Li-SOCI2 battery and is designed for long-term use of up to 10 years. Each LES01 is pre-installed with a set of unique keys for LoRaWAN registrations. These keys are registered with the local LoRaWAN server and automatically connected after power-on.
