DRAGINO Converter to RS485

overview

The Dragino RS485-LN is an RS485 to LoRaWAN converter. It converts the RS485 devices into a wireless LoRaWAN network, which simplifies IoT installation and reduces installation/maintenance costs.

RS485-LN allows user to monitor/control RS485 devices and achieve ultra-long range. It provides ultra-long range spread spectrum communication and high noise immunity while minimizing power consumption. It targets professional wireless sensor network applications such as irrigation systems, smart meters, smart cities, smartphone sensing, building automation, etc.

For data uplink: RS485-LN sends user-defined commands to RS485 devices and receives the feedback from the RS485 devices. RS485-LN processes these feedbacks according to the user-defined rule to get the final payload for uploading to the LoRaWAN server.
