Why am I not receiving emails?

In order for you to receive emails from Smartvest in the event of an incident (e.g. fire alarm), it is necessary that you verify (= confirm) the corresponding email addresses .

After you have entered the corresponding email address(es) in the Smartvest app, you will immediately receive an email from smartvest@abus-sc-com with the subject “Please confirm your email address for email notification”.

In some cases, these emails end up in the spam or junk email folders.

• Confirm the corresponding email address by clicking/tapping on the blue link .

After successful confirmation, your web browser displays the message:
“Your email address has been verified.”
