In this case, you must perform a reset on the control unit.

This can be done – best with the help of a pointed object (e.g. a paper clip) – on the back of the Smartvest control unit.

• Keep the reset button pressed for about 10 seconds until the LED goes out and the control unit emits an acoustic signal .

The pairing of the already learned components and the most important settings are not lost .

Notice

If the admin password cannot be reset in this way, we recommend a "hard reset" as the next step = resetting your Smartvest to factory settings. The control unit will then delete all previously learned components and settings.

• If necessary: Press and hold the reset button for approx. 60 seconds until the control unit beeps for the second time to reset the Smartvest to factory settings.

You can find detailed instructions in the user manual, which is stored in the app - of course, the instructions can also be accessed without a password via the "gear" symbol in the top right-hand area of the app screen.
