Dual PIR/PIR outdoor detector VXI-ST

The Optex VXi-ST is a wired outdoor motion detector with dual PIR technology that has been specially designed for precise motion detection at close range. With a detection range of up to 12 meters and a horizontal detection angle of 90°, the sensor is ideal for monitoring entrance areas, facades, terraces, garden paths or fences.

Thanks to its specially developed detection optics, the VXi-ST reliably detects people, while smaller animals, moving branches or other environmental influences are largely ignored. The integrated SMDA logic (Super Multi-Dimensional Analysis) analyzes movement patterns and environmental conditions in real time, thereby significantly reducing false alarms.

The VXi-ST is characterized by a weatherproof housing with IP55 protection and is suitable for use in a wide range of climatic conditions. The flexible mounting height of 0.8 to 1.2 meters and the user-friendly adjustment elements make installation particularly easy and precise.
