The XPOL-1-5G is Poynting's second generation "V2" of this highly popular cross-polarized (XPOL), cellular band, 2x2 MIMO antenna. A 4x4 MIMO variant is also available for custom requirements. The antenna has been completely redesigned from the previous generation and features a completely new housing and antenna design. The antenna now covers the newer 3400-3800 MHz bands as well as the sought-after lower 698 MHz band, previously unavailable from our V1, and is suitable for 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G. This antenna performs excellently in the following frequency bands: 698 - 960 MHz, 1700 - 2170 MHz, 2300 - 2700 MHz & 3400 - 3800 MHz, with a peak gain of 4 dBi across the operating frequency bands.
The radiation pattern of this antenna is omnidirectional and exceptionally well-controlled, further enhancing its performance. This makes the antenna perfect for most applications, such as urban, rural, agricultural, and commercial areas, to achieve the best possible coverage over a wide area. The robust mechanical housing design makes the antenna weather-, dust-, and vandal-resistant, giving it an IP65 rating suitable for harsh environments.
